Our Team

Resilience in Mind has been a labor of love. If it weren’t for these amazing people, it just wouldn’t be. Each of us cares about people. Not only that, we want you to have a full life. Full of love, full of goodness, and full of health. Please let us know how we can help do that.

Dr. Genie Burnett

Founder, CEO

Dr. Genie Burnett has had the dream that one day, everyone would have access to resources that would help improve your mental health. This program has been in development since 2018. Because of her RIM technology partners, it has become a reality. Please let her know what you like, dislike, and need information on to make this a go-to comprehensive program.

Dominique Munday

Chief Design & Marketing Guru

Dominique is simply amazing. Amazing talent and creative. And just a super kind person. The kind that you want to also be friends with. She has been dedicated to serving others through creativity and business strategy.

She holds a wide knowledge of Marketing skills from working in various industries including Automotive, Construction and now Health & Wellness. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies to mom-and-pop marketing agencies, and everything in between. But, her true love is helping others. She is excited to help launch RIM in an effort to deliver resources for people to learn how the brain works, coping skills, and ensure everyone can live a healthy and happy life.

Fun Fact – she has a quite impressive collection of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia.

Patricia Webb, APC

First Responder & EAP Programs

Patricia is a stellar human. She is not only a therapist, but also performs “ride alongs” with an Atlanta-based police precinct to help de-escalate individuals who have mental health issues. This unique program provides the officers support as well as those who actually need mental health resources instead of jail time. She is a real go-getter and is doing amazing work!

Anthony Green

Technology

Anthony has donated his time, his server, and his troubleshooting on demand. He has helped RIM to continue to run in a smooth manner.
