This program is dedicated to my cousins, Jonathan and Kristie.
Jonathan died in the line of duty in our hometown of Trumann, AR on April 13, 2011. He pulled over a car of four, and the fourth person had a weapon and shot Jonathan. He was rushed to the local hospital where our cousin Kristie was the first to respond to him in the ER.
Jonathan lost his life that night. Kristie struggled with the effects of this traumatic situation. This program is devoted to those who risk their lives to make others safer and healthier.
This program is for everyone that has struggled with trauma, anxiety, depression, or any other issue that is impacting your life. What IS Resilience in Mind?
Resilience in Mind is an online program that provides you with information to help you learn more about the mind and our emotions in order to help you deal or cope with life’s stressors.
Whether you are in front of people every day or behind the scenes, life can be difficult. This program is an introduction into learning more about how our brains interpret stress and how you can learn better how to cope with these stressors.
It is accessible 100% of the time because it is 100% online.
Join the thousands that believed that they didn’t need it either. You’ll be glad you did!
RIM Components
Assessments
8 Assessments provide a baseline for your current level functioning. These are used to show changes over time as well as how you are doing in these areas. All scores are shown immediately upon completion of the assessment and show whether there is a concern with the score.
Educational Videos
Vides have been created over the past 25 years’ worth of teaching in clinical settings. These videos cover a number of common concerns: physical concerns, relationship issues, issues related to trauma, and coping skills, to name a few.
Event Reporting
When there are issues that emerge during the course of life, there is a way to report them. Once this issue is reported, this will reset the system and assessments will need to be redone in order to capture your scores. This will show how your functioning has changed as a result of the learning and coping.
Program Tracking
There is a built-in timeline to track your assessment scores, watching of the videos, and event reporting over time. This can show you how the program and life have helped you grow over time.
